Stuffed Cabbages Rolls



 Ingredients:


2 heads of cabbage

2 lbs ground beef

3 cups cooked rice

1 egg

1 tsp garlic

1 tbsp parsley

2 slices diced onion

1 -15 oz. can tomato sauce

1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

1/4 cup tomato sauce (in meat)

Salt & Pepper to taste


Derictions:


Put a head of cabbage in a pot of bubbling water, and strip off the cabbage leaves each in turn.

Remove the harsh part on the finish of the cabbage leaf with a sharp blade.

Combine all fixings as one with the exception of the 15 oz container of pureed tomatoes and squashed tomatoes and put a modest quantity (size of a frankfurter) on a cabbage leaf, and roll up like a fajita and place crease side down in a meal dish. I put pureed tomatoes and a cabbage leaf or 2 on the lower part of the goulash dish so the Halupky won't consume.

Pour squashed tomatoes over Halupkys.

Cover and prepare roughly 75 minutes at 375º.

Turn broiler down to 325º and heat for roughly 90 additional minutes until cabbage is delicate. Treat consistently.

Present with pureed tomatoes
