Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1⁄2 pound of fresh shaved steak
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon of ground garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 – 12 pack of sweet bread buns
6 slices of provolone cheese
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon of dried thyme (not ground)
1⁄2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Derictions:
In a huge dish, heat oil and include onions and green peppers. Cook over medium high hotness, blending incidentally until peppers and onions have mellowed.
Then, add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Cook steak, splitting it up with two forks to keep steak from bunching. Cook until the steak is presently not red. Set skillet aside.
Cut sweet moves in half on a level plane, while safeguarding the 12 bunch of buns. Place onto a baking sheet. Spread steak combination over the base portion of the buns, equally. Top with cheddar cuts and the top portion of the buns.
In a little bowl, combine as one liquefied spread, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce together. Brush margarine blend liberally over the highest point of the buns.
Place sliders in the broiler and prepare for 17-20 minutes or until the highest point of the buns are brilliant and the cheddar has liquefied.
Enjoy !
