 RED BEANS




Ingredients:


1 pound Camelia red beans

1 large onion

1 large bell pepper

3 stalks celery

4 cloves garlic

3 bay leaves

Salt

Pepper

Slap ya Mama seasoning

Smoked neck bones

1 pound Good quality smoked sausage


Derictions:


Put smoked meat and hacked preparing on a sheet container fixed with foil. Wrap firmly and place in a preheated 375° broiler for 60 minutes. (Go ahead and heat up your meats assuming that is what you like.)


Add red beans to a huge weighty pot and cover with around 2 quarts of water. Add salt, pepper and narrows leaves. Cook revealed on drug high hotness for about 60 minutes.


Commercial

Eliminate smoked meat and preparing from the broiler and cautiously add the meat, vegetables and the fluid to the beans. Season to taste, cover and lessen hotness to medium.


(You'll have to mix the beans sporadically and add a lil more water to the pot if essential) Cook an extra 90 minutes or so until beans are overall quite delicate and the stock is thickened.
