Loaded Baked Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
°4 large size potatoes
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1/2 cup sour cream
°1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
°4 tablespoons ground stone or yellow mustard (to taste)
°1/4 cup minced chives, divided
°8 strips of thickened bacon, cooked, crispy, and chopped
°Salt and freshly crushed black pepper
Derictions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, acrid cream, and mustard until all around mixed. Add 3/4 of the cleaved chives with a spot of salt and pepper. speed to blend. Add cheddar and bacon (save some bacon for decorate). Cover the blend and let it cool for thirty minutes.
Strip the potatoes and cut them into equal parts and half pieces. Cook the potatoes in salted water until the fork relax. Strain and cool marginally. Overlap the cooked potatoes into the cooled sauce. Decorate with residual chives.
