Loaded-steak-quesadillas
Ingredients:
°1 c 1 Tbsp (15 ml) GAY LEA Regular Spreads
°1 c finely chop onion
°1 C finely chop red pepper
°1 cup (250 ml) finely chopped green pepper
°1/2 tsp. 1 teaspoon (2 ml) salt
°1/2 tsp. 1 teaspoon (2 ml) pepper
°2 pounds (250 g) steak, grill like an eye, cut into 1/4 inch (5 mm) cubes
°1 c. 1 tsp-cornstarch
°1/3 c ow-sodium beef broth
°4 L tortillas
°2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
°2 cups (500 ml) IVANHOE - shredded radish cheddar
°1 container sour cream - fat-free, for dip
Derictions:
Soften the spread over medium hotness in an enormous non-stick skillet. Add onions, green and red peppers, and a large portion of how much salt and pepper. Cooking, mix regularly, for 5 min or to delicate.

Sprinkling each tortilla similarly with cheddar. Pour an equivalent measure of hamburger blend over portion of every tortilla; Fold the tortilla to contain the filling. Clean the container and return it to the hotness. In clusters, heat the quesadillas for 2 to 3 minutes for every side or until toasted and cheddar liquefied. Presenting with harsh cream for plunge.
Utilize an entire wheat flour tortilla for additional dietary fiber.
Place the simmered quesadillas in the hot stove between groups
